We ensure rigorous quality check processes before the packet leaves our place, however in the case that the product you received is 'Damaged' or 'Defective', our Friendly Returns policy has got you covered, you can request a replacement within 7 Days.

Condition of the Item:
When returning an item, it must be in its original condition, unless the return is due to damage or defects. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent further damage during the return shipping process.
Non-Eligible Term:
Products are not eligible for return or refund, based on the design approved by the customer before production (We always send the final design for your approval). We encourage you to carefully review the design and provide approval to ensure complete satisfaction.
Shipping Costs:
In case of approved returns due to damage, defects, or incorrect items, we will bear the cost of return shipping. However, if you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not been processed for shipping. Once an order is shipped, it will be subject to our return policy.
