Q. How do I track my order?

  1. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This mail will be containing your shipment tracking number and tracking URL. In most cases, the tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can also enter your order ID on our order tracking page.

Q. How do I change the delivery details of my order?

  1. You can send a mail to hello@nameplatewale.com with the new delivery details. Please ensure you include your order number in the subject line.

Q. How do I cancel my order?

  1. Please place your order after you are completely satisfied with the preview. Once the order is placed it cannot be canceled as these are personalized products and can not be reused.

Q. How do I place a return request?

  1. We have a 7-day "replace or refund" policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can contact us at hello@nameplatewale.com with pictures of the product. Also, let us know if you'd like a replacement or refund. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Q. What is the delivery timeline for my order?

  1. In a majority of cases, orders get delivered in 9-10 business days after you have placed the order. However, we request you to use the delivery period mentioned on the individual product pages for reference.

Q. What are the shipping charges?

  1. We offer free shipping across India.

Q. Do you accept COD orders?

  1. No. Since these are custom-made orders, we accept only prepaid orders.

Q. How do I get a GST invoice for my purchase?

  1. If you'd like a GST invoice for your purchase, you can request it by specifying it in the field titled "Add a note to your order" on the Cart page during the checkout process. Mention your Company Name, GSTIN, and address along with the request.

Q. Can I request changes to an existing nameplate design? How do I request the same?

  1. If the customization simply requires a change in the font/design, that can be incorporated. You can make the request by specifying it in the field titled "Add a note to your order" on the Cart page during the checkout process. If the customization requires a change in product size/shape/form/material, then you can request it through the ‘Request Custom Design’ page.

Q. How do we install the nameplate after it is delivered?

  1. Each nameplate will be delivered along with the accessories required to install the same. It is advised that you call a carpenter to complete the installation.

Q. Can you create a custom nameplate for me, if I share the design and size?

  1. You can request it through the ‘Request Custom Design’ page. Please share as many details as you can. We typically respond within 24-48 hours of your request. If the design is possible, we will share a quotation with you. Once the quotation is approved by you, a payment link will be shared.

Q. Will I receive a preview of the nameplate before the order is confirmed?

  1. Yes, After placing an order you will receive a preview within 48 business hours of your nameplate design with the provided matter, once you approve then only we proceed for the final preparation.

Q. Can the nameplate lettering be in a regional language?

  1. Yes, the nameplate can be customized in regional Indian languages including Bengali, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, and Telugu. To place an order, simply copy-paste the regional language text into the corresponding text field from Google Input Tools. Also, specify it in the field titled "Add a note to your order" on the Cart page during the checkout process.

Q. Can I use a font for the name other than the one(s) shown on the product page?

  1. Yes, that can be done. You can try previewing your name using the font options at DaFont or Font Squirrel or Google Fonts. Once you have shortlisted the desired font, please proceed to place your order and share the link to your desired font in the field titled "Add a note to your order" on the Cart page during the checkout process.

Q. Can I get the lettering in a color other than the displayed options?

  1. Yes, please specify your desired color in the field titled "Add a note to your order" on the Cart page during the checkout process.
